Meet your trainer
For those who haven't met her yet, this is Lora.
Lora is our head trainer at AMT and runs our sessions here in Hervey Bay, Bundaberg and Maryborough - Both the public sessions at the Neighbourhood Centre and the private ones we do on-site for businesses and community groups.
Lora brings years of high-pressure management and hands on support experience. She understands the specific compliant pressures HR managers and business owners face, that's why we specialise exclusively in mobile on site training
When Lora created AMT - Advanced Mobile Training her focus was to make training fit in with your workplace and staff. Fitting training in, before and after hours or training your staff in multiple groups to ensure you are not loosing your team all at once for a full day is something we specialise in.
As a first aid trainer, Lora combines her background in management and support work to deliver training that is clear, engaging and grounded in real-world application. I focus on creating a relaxed and supportive learning environment where participants feel comfortable, capable and confident in their ability to respond when it matters most.
